1. Click the Download button, and save the .zip file to a place (like the Desktop) where you can find it later. 2. Right-click on the .zip file and choose Extract All. This will output an .mp3 of the recording. 3. Drag and drop the .mp3 file into an open iTunes window. It will have a plus sign next to it to indicate that it is being added. 4. iTunes will process the file and add it to the right location automatically. 5. The recording will be added to your iPod the next time you sync it with iTunes.
*Written for the Windows XP operating system, but the process is similar for Mac users. When in doubt, a Google Search can be very helpful.
