Jarrett's Epiphany

April 28, 2015

St. John’s parishioner, Jarrett Vance, has a small roasting company called Epiphany Coffee. The genesis of his business came in the form of a gift from his wife Dani – a Whirley Pop popcorn popper and a couple pounds of green coffee – now this will be their second year at the Market Square Farmer’s Market. Several small businesses have benefited from the arrival of Whole Foods, including Jarrett’s company. They are the first retailer to offer Epiphany Coffee, the focus of which is on small quantities of high-quality coffees.  In a recent post on homebeerbrewing.org Jarrett was quoted, “It’s a big opportunity; it means quite a bit for me. It’s a really good chance to actually have some growth for my business…”

Jarrett is a weekday Acolyte and serves as a Lay Reader and Chalice Bearer at the 10:30 Service on Sunday mornings. He and Dani participate in a couple of Bible studies and he is now in EfM. According to Jarrett, “St. John’s has been instrumental to us and our growth as a couple and huge part of our faith journey as adults.”
