***Update 12/22/15***

Dear Santa (Formerly Teen Gifts) Thank you for your generosity! St. John’s presented the children of the Dear Santa program with more than $4,300 this year. Money raised will be used to meet the needs of children and youth, from birth through age 18, based on need.

Update on the Amount Raised for 2nd Harvest Food Bank We had initially reported an amount of more than$15,000 collected for 2nd Harvest. The correct amount donated on the ONE day a year that a pool of donors match gifts was….$18,750! WOW! That means that our total impact was actually $37,500. This is the food bank’s largest annual fundraiser. Thank you for making it count!

2nd Harvest Food Bank Wow! Thanks to you, St. John’s will call in a gift of over $15,000 on the ONE day in December where a pool of donors will match gifts; therefore, St. John’s will double our impact to just over $31,000. This is the food bank’s largest annual fundraiser. Thank you for making it count!

Angel Tree Many thanks on behalf of the 50 children who will get to open gifts on Christmas morning due to the time and effort you gave to select angels and shop to fill their wish lists.

Green Magnet S.T.E.A.M. Academy thanks you! This month’s “Sunday First” event was hugely successful. The Great Hall was full of families who turned out to fill 344 stockings – one for every student at the Academy. Several parishioners sponsored a classroom, supplying a toy for each stocking to be added to the much-needed basic items that had already been supplied through your previous cash donations to the Green Magnet Fund
